Glazes labeled NEVER, are not suitable for the inside of any object that can hold liquid, nor are they suitable for plates, or objects that look like plates.
Good combinations are the italicized glazes (dark pigmented glazes) with the bold glazes
Over the Shinos, Oribe, Redart Fake Ash (risky but beautiful) , and brushed italicized glazes
Tenmoku with sliptrailed Iron Red to Green or Ohata Kaki can be wonderful, but crawling can be a problem if the trailing is done over already dried glaze.
Tenmoku trailed over Ohata Kaki has promise.
