Ideas for building Refurb
Ceramics
- install outlet in wall opposite 112C doorway in the foyer for a coffe pot. Get the electricity from outlet on the opposite side of the wall in Louis' Office.
- Refurbish drop extension cords for electric wheels.
- Install drop extension cord near drain in 112C
- Install coving (plastic) on the floor edge so that the wall does not rust away from washing.
- consider getting more airtight roll door as an energy conservation measure
- Install GFI circuits near sinks throughout building
- Repair divits in floor (best if done over a break so that the rebar can be painted first.
- Move kiln outlets to outside of wall.
- fix door handle on rear door or replace.
- replacement cabinet by sink
- exhaust fan by glaze area exiting outside through wall for glaze mixing.
- Finish Trim on Back Door.
- bigger trap on sink by graduate area.
- glaze mixing exhaust vent with timer.
- Fix return air vents so that they take standard filters.
General Building
- Fix stairs?

- Move dust collectors outside.
- Extend pressurized airline into woodshop and ceramics.
